Job Summary

Fixed Term Contract for 2 years’ (may be extended or made permanent).  This post is funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund.

JOB PURPOSE:

  • To contribute to the development and implementation of the Moneypenny’s Forge Project and to help build a sustainable future for this unique heritage site, providing ongoing access for a range of groups and visitors.
  • To ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations at the Forge and be responsible for the co-ordination, allocation of resources and promotion of the Moneypenny’s Forge Programme.
  • To develop, co-ordinate and deliver a high-quality learning and access programme at the Forge that engages the community, underpinned by a comprehensive package of interpretation and learning resources.
