Job Summary

ANTRIM AND NEWTOWNABBEY BOROUGH COUNCIL

ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT

CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER

(1 x 14.8 hours temporary until March 2018 with possible extension Monday and Tuesday at Mossley Mill)

(1 x 22.2 hours permanent Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at Mossley Mill)

(1 x 22.2 hours permanent Monday - Friday at antrim Civic Centre)

SCALE 4 SCP 18-21 £18,070 - £20,138

The post holder will be required to provide a high level of internal and external customer service, offering professional and comprehensive information, guidance and support service to all customers, through a variety of channels.
