Job Summary

Vacancies currently exist within Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for the following posts and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates:-

Project Development Officer (Capital)

37 hours per week

Salary Scale P03 SCP 38-41 £33,437 - £36,379 per annum

1 permanent post

Fixed Term posts – 2 year fixed term x 3.

Fixed Term post - 1 year

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for the delivery of Council’s Capital and Minor Works projects programme of work.

Delivery of the capital plan on time and within budget.

Delivery of a quality project(s) meeting needs of both Council and end users.
