Job Summary

A vacancy currently exists within Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for the following post and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates:-

Capital Development Programme Manager

37 hours per week

Salary Scale P05   SCP 44-47   £39,177 - £41,967 per annum

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Ensure the development and delivery of directorate capital programmes, ensuring that all operational areas meet the standard required to deliver projects in a timely manner to a high standard while meeting financial and budgetary requirements.

Effectively manage the performance of staff by setting objectives, which will achieve the necessary results and support the continuous improvement of the service.
