Job Summary

A number of vacancies for Admin Support Officers currently exist within Mid and East Antrim Borough Council.  Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates:-

Admin Support Officer

37 hours per week

Salary Scale 5 SCP 22-25 £20,661 to £22,658 per annum

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The main purpose of the job is to provide a professional, private and confidential secretarial proficiency to the Head of Service to ensure that all administrative activities are completed on time and to a high standard of accuracy and quality.

PLEASE NOTE:  Only application forms containing all the information, which has been sought, will be considered. 

A reserve list may be established in order to fill future permanent and temporary posts that may arise for the same position within the following 12 months.

The shortlisting panel will base shortlisting decisions on the information contained within the Essential Criteria narrative sections of the application form.  It is the applicant’s responsibility to provide sufficient relevant information including dates in this section of the form for each criteria.
