Job Summary

A vacancy currently exists within Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for the following post and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates:-

Office Manager

37 hours per week

Salary Scale S01 SCP 29-31 £25,951 to £27,668 per annum

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Provide an efficient and effective administration service to the Finance Department.

Provide a comprehensive and confidential administration service to the Head of Service, which requires regular interaction with Elected Members, government agencies and other stakeholders and supporting the staff within the department.

Manage the administrative team including task allocation and prioritisation of work across various sites.
